OVERVIEW

In November 2019 I took part in Innovation Bootcamp Weekend, a weekend devoted to working within a business format at tackling a problem that addresses one or more of the UN Sustainability Goals. My team won the nordic prize with our concept, WASTENOT, a platform which facilitates restaurants to use so called ‘Ugly Food’ which usually goes to waste at the distributor level. Learning more about the business angle in project taught me a lot about where the priorities lie from this perspective and in which ways they differ from design.
